Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

We hope you are pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return a product bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product, provided it is in the original, undamaged packaging and in completely resaleable, undamaged condition. The tag attached to the product should be intact if you wish to return the product. Should this tag be removed, it no longer qualifies for a return. Please read below which products are eligible for return.

Returns should be made within 14 days. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition as described above, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item. Your purchase should be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that any items of jewellery do not qualify for exchange or refund once the item has been shipped out to you due to personal hygiene reasons. This also applies if the product is in unopened, original and undamaged packaging/condition.  

Products which have been customised to your needs, including personalised jewellery or unstitched items which have been stitched to your desired sizes, cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged at the shop under any circumstances. 

Items purchased on sale or clearance are considered to be final items and are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. 

If you wish to return an item, ZAiK is not responsible for the delivery cost required for your item to be returned back to us.
