Delivery conditions

Shipping costs may apply in addition to the stated product prices. Further details regarding applicable shipping costs can be found in the individual offers.

We only ship by mail. Unfortunately, pickup is not possible. Shipping is free for orders with a gross value of €150 or more.*

*Please note our notice in case of partial cancellation!

"If you have a right of withdrawal with regard to your order and should you exercise this right after submitting your contractual declaration with regard to part of your order, with the result that the threshold specified by us with regard to the purchase price not payable by you or to be refunded by us would be undercut, we reserve the right to subsequently charge you the pro rata shipping costs for the remaining part of the order. However, this only applies if we had already informed you of the amount of the shipping costs for the remaining part of the order before submitting your contractual declaration or if you were already able to easily calculate the corresponding shipping costs based on our information before submitting your contractual declaration."

We do not deliver to packing stations.
